..:: FULL VIEW PLEASE ::..

This is an engraving I did of two fairies. It's on granet tile (12 inches by 12 inches).

The girl fairy is crying on a leaf, and the boy fairy is helping to lift her up. =D I thought this might make a nice engraving. Hope to paint it soon.

I appologize for my reflection in the image... I'll try to upload a better one when I can.

Time: 6-8 hours

I do my engravings with a dremmel tool. It's basically like a drill fatter and bigger than a pencil, which is hooked to a motor through a cord. =D I just slowly engrave eack little mark into the stone and go over them again and again until they are deep enough. It's real hard work though, bcause u have to be realllly careful not to mess up ('cos u can't undo anything)! ^^; Lol.

I only wish u guys could see how the granet sparkles. It's realllly shiny, and sparkles like glitter everywhere!

I'm so glad u like this one. =D It's one of my personal fav's as well. ;p

your welcome and I'm glad your pics and writings come from the heart. 'cause that means... i don'tknow how to explain but... it is just better because it means so much more. I know that sounds stupid and probably doesn't make sense but that the best way i can descrbe it.

Awww, that is a really sweet and romantic picture :D . Tho i don't believe in male faeries :XD: (as in used by fantasy that is). Great work D =) , lots of great detail there and wonderful poses :D .
